Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
7. Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and potential areas for improvement.
8. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance customer service skills.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

6. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.

8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

9. Passion for eating healthy and doing good in the world

10. Prior experience with Isha Yoga Centre, Art of Living, or any such institute a bonus

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
