Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Provide detailed information about our products, promotions, and policies.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
5. Maintain and update customer records in our database.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer service.
8. Handle feedback and report recurring issues to management.
