1. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
2. Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus).
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. High level of empathy and a customer-first attitude.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
