Customer Service Executive-Bangalore Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Taking inbound calls related to seller requests, queries, and complaints from customers
2. Handling the queries and concerns of the sellers
3. Providing voice support (The nature of calls is inbound)
4. Tagging the calls on the portal with details

Prerequisites:

1. Must be an Indian citizen
2. Must have excellent (verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills with no MTI (Versant quality 3/4)
3. Should be flexible with a rotational shift environment (Working window is from 9 AM to 9 PM)
4. Fixed 9 hours shift
5. No transport facilities are available
6. No meals/food coupons

Eligibility criteria:

1. Any graduate
2. Diploma (10+2+3)

Experience: 0 - 1+ year of customer service experience

Salary details:

1. Salary range: 18,500 CTC PM for fresher voice portfolios
2. 6 days a week, operations, rotational off
