About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer interaction: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and in-store visits, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
2. Order processing & tracking: Handle online and in-store order processing, including order confirmation, tracking, and post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Complaint resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a focus on providing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
4. Product knowledge maintenance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively guide customers and recommend suitable products.
5. Returns & exchange management: Manage product returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
6. Feedback collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant teams to help improve our products and services.
7. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
8. Quality assurance: Monitor and improve customer service practices to enhance customer satisfaction and support brand loyalty.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in customer support or a related role in retail (online/offline experience preferred).

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

3. Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

6. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
