Key responsibilities:

1. Greeting visitors
2. Managing security and telecommunications systems
3. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
4. Transferring calls as necessary
5. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time
6. Managing meeting room availability
7. Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
8. Preparing vouchers
9. Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
10. Recording and maintaining office expenses
11. Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
12. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the reception area
