Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Chat with customer
2. Problem Solving: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
3. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to facilitate improvements in products and services
4. Relationship Management: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve the customer service process & enhance customer satisfaction
6. Reporting: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and feedback trends
