Key responsibilities:
Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the day-to-day smooth handling of allocated cases and running of the various sections
2. Ensure to deliver EMS & assistance services in a customer-centric and efficient manner
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service in the Emergency Response Centre while case handling
4. Handle and update case files following the standards and procedures
5. Seek direction and guidelines in case handling in line with customers' expectations and Falck standards
6. Provide support to the medical team
7. Work on following the staff roster as communicated by management
8. Support ERC Supervisor in optimum staffing levels and maximization of resources in the emergency response centre.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
