Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally across multiple platforms including emails, social media comments, and direct messages.
2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
3. Organize and maintain a repository of frequently asked questions and standard responses.
4. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with the community in a positive manner.
5. Assist in creating engaging content such as Instagram reels, behind-the-scenes videos, or product-related content.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
