Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve customer service processes.
5. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions.

* Must be in office 10am - 5pm; Mon - Sat.
