About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring the physical assets across the country for a site via CCTV footage and other electronic devices.
2. Escalate the events/incidents to the second level team in a time of problems that cannot be solved within the scope of the SOC Executive.
3. Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to issues on site and fixing the issue within SLA).
4. Carry out event and incident localization/ resolution/ escalation following given instructions.
