Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. This involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
2. Client Relationship Management: Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual customers.
3. Sales Performance Analysis: Tracking sales metrics, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Product Knowledge: Staying up to date with the latest travel products, services, and industry trends is important in order to effectively promote and sell travel packages and services. You would need to have a deep understanding of various destinations, travel itineraries, transportation options, accommodations, and other related offerings.
5. Collaborating with Other Departments: You would need to work closely with operations & finance teams to ensure seamless coordination.
