Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide information about our courses, schedules, and pricing to potential students
3. Assist with registration and enrollment processes for new students
4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience
5. Update and maintain customer records in our database accurately
6. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns
7. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve customer service processes
