About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain records of customer interactions.
2. Prepare and maintain the customer database in SAP.
3. Manage the operational and functional activities of customers and dealers.
4. Coordinate the entire business process from order follow-up and processing to execution. Extract outstanding information from SAP and handle submission, payment follow-up, tracking, and forecasting.
5. Maintain documentation and coordinate internally with various verticals (SCM, finance, legal, marketing) for effective customer service.
6. Prepare MIS reports and adhere to SOPs established by management.
