1. Work on customer follow-ups for abandoned carts, reviews, and feedback
2. Work on liaising with customers for queries and order fulfillment over the phone, live chat, WhatsApp, etc.
3. Handle all email communication that goes out to customers
4. Respond to customer queries over social media
5. Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns
6. Record sales and order fulfillment data
7. Coordinate with the accounts department for payments and debtors
8. Work on day-to-day documentation and follow-ups
9. Assist in organizing and participating in events and exhibitions
