Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resolving general queries of parents.
2. Informing parents and managing classes in terms of cancellation or rescheduling.
3. Collecting feedback from trainers, verifying it at their end, and delivering it to parents
4. RM's will be available during playing sessions and tournament time, to respond to the queries of parents.
5. Calling parents at regular intervals (twice in 30 days) to inform and push the maximum number of students to participate in the internal tournament.
6. Maintaining a list of drop-out students with reasoning.
7. Send private messages to all the parents before the first session to inform them about their role and call once the session is over.
8. Keep a check whether the link has been posted in the group by the trainer before 30 minutes of the first session.
9. Send the 'Feedback Form' links to parents on the last day of course completion.
10 Sending Certificates to parents. (Operations In charge will make certificates). Certificates will be awarded to students during the last class of course completion. RM will distribute the certificates. It will be given to parents later.
11. Looking into the renewal of further courses and trying to upsell them or sell more courses in one shot by providing a discount, as per UPSTEP's guidelines.
