Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet parents and kids warmly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at respective centers
2. Maintain a tidy and comfortable reception area
3. Efficiently manage therapy session schedules, ensuring accurate appointments and timely reminders between parents and therapists
4. Coordinate with the senior supervisor for slot availability for new customers
5. Respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls from parents in a timely and helpful manner
6. Assist parents in billing-related inquiries, providing accurate information about session fees and payment methods
7. Conduct kids' assessments with doctors and onboard new kids
8. Handle the renewal of subscriptions as per packages provided
9. Work closely with the billing department to resolve any discrepancies
10. Resolve issues and complaints raised by parents and therapists promptly and professionally, aiming for a high rate of issue resolution on the first contact
11. Communicate parent-related information to the clinical team to enhance the quality of sessions
12. Regularly collect and analyze feedback from parents and kids to assess the quality of services
13. Be a fresher or have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support or a receptionist role
14. Possess excellent communication and active listening skills
15. Have a qualification of graduation or undergraduate level
