About the job

The customer care executive for Be Awara (by Durakart Marketing) will be responsible for attending incoming calls, responding to WhatsApp messages and emails, managing return requests, and other customer inquiries. The candidate should have excellent spoken and written English skills and should also be able to speak Hindi. The candidate should be able to handle complicated situations and represent the company in a professional manner. The customer care executive should have excellent customer service skills and should be able to deal with customers effectively.

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend to incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp messages and emails
2. Manage return requests and other customer inquiries
3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
4. Handle complicated situations and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
5. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
6. Maintain customer records and follow up with customers as needed
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
8. Work closely with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
9. Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and concerns
