Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Searching for new clients, promoting the product, dealing with clients, negotiating with them, and closing the sales
2. Making lead follow-up calls and maintaining the sales data register
3. Cold calling, prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face
4. Meeting potential customers for new business development activities
5. Developing, managing, and growing existing client relationships
6. Working on business development at companies, gyms, and hospitals to generate new clients
7. Conducting and managing product sampling events outdoors
8. Advising on forthcoming product developments and contributing to marketing ideas
9. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information & maintaining the MIS tracker on a daily basis
10. Achieving targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
