Job Title: Customer Support Executive (BPO)
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)
Transport: Pick-up or Drop Available for Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1. Educational Qualification: HSC (12th) Pass; Graduate (Freshers are welcome)
2. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service role preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel
