1. Be familiar with the platform customer service rules, provide good customer service, and promptly respond to and handle customer inquiries and feedback.
2. Handle emails, as well as various pre-sales and after-sales issues, and assist in maintaining a good platform service image;
3. Establish and accumulate customer contact information resource library according to requirements;
4. Communicate and collaborate with internal team members of the company, promptly report various problems to relevant departments and colleagues, and take appropriate measures to solve problems;
5. Be responsible for customer follow-up and handle customer issues
6. Assist in improving and optimizing customer service work standard processes and systems, and continuously improve work efficiency.
1. Fluent communication and good thinking are preferred
2. Experience in operating the customer service system section, clear understanding and work experience of customer service job responsibilities, love and willingness to devote themselves to it; excellent fresh graduates can be accepted;
3. Have team spirit and service awareness, be down-to-earth, and have strong learning ability and adaptability;
4. Be proactive and enthusiastic in work, serious and patient, have a high sense of responsibility, and have good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
