About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries and customer's concern.
2. Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
3. Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
3. Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning.
4. Assist customers in case of any issues.
5. Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
6. Showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well independently and within a larger collaborative environment.

Note:

1. Candidates will be provided performance-linked incentives apart from the salary.
2. Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts (6 days working)

Other requirements

1. Graduates from any discipline who graduated in 2022 - 2024 are eligible to apply.

2. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities with a customer-centric approach.

3. Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice will be a plus.

4. Excellent spoken & written proficiency in English + Hindi (mandatory)

5. You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts).

6. Basic knowledge of how digital payments work is required.

7. Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
