Key responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
3. Proactively engage in tele-sales activities to promote products, services, and special offers to customers.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
5. Doing customer service or telesales requires calling customers and fixing the appointment
