You will respond to customer queries and provide resolution, support, and assistance to the customers pertaining to various products and services provided by our clients. You will use a blend of voice, email, web chat, or backend documentation responses by delivering excellent customer service. You goal is to educate and assist customers to make it as easy and as desirable as possible to do business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent customer service within shifts assigned including prompt resolution of customer-related issues, complaints, inquiries, or challenges.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
Essential skills:
1. Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts).
2. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
3. Flexibility to meet business requirements and fluctuating workload.
4. Organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
5. Hardworking and smart working attitude with openness to feedback.
6. An acceptable typing speed of at least 20 WPM/90% accuracy.
Qualification:
1. Graduate (fresher) in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
