About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Onboarding new clients and providing thorough training on our WCommerce Platform
2. Proactively reaching out to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
3. Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for customer retention
5. Providing troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed
6. Conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their needs
7. Representing WCommerce at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
