6. Issue Resolution: Take ownership of client issues, working with internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
7. Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Collect and communicate client feedback to drive product and service enhancements, and champion client success stories within the company.
8. Renewals and Upsells: Partner with the Sales team to drive renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
