Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote NMC Pharma products to potential customers.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, enhancing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
