About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Give personalized feedback to students on chat regarding daily assignments
2. Motivate/encourage students on chat
3. Provide feedback to the product team if students face any issues or difficulties with the Supernova program
4. Resolve and handle inbound queries and complaints on chat
5. Reactivate inactive students on the program
6. Make regular interactions with parents explaining the progress of the student in the program
7. Proactively assess the student's level and ensure that the student is at the correct level

KPIs - Operational KPIs include but are not limited to:

1. On-time feedback and conflict resolution
2. Quality scores on personalized feedback
3. Customer satisfaction
4. First response times
5. Number of students handled per customer success executive

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) Tamil Proficiency (Spoken) Teaching

1. Excellent proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous

Bonus (Not mandatory but good to have):

1. Experience in teaching

2. Experience in call center operations/experience in providing services to students

3. Experience working collaboratively with other educators, instructional designers, or product teams to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences and align teaching methods with program objectives

4. First-principled problem-solving experience and strong RCA skills

5. Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information through chat

6. Keeping up with product and service information and updates

7. Explaining and demonstrating the features of products and services

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
