About the job

We are looking for a dedicated and client-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our digital solutions. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

A. Client Relationship Management:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, comprehensively understanding their business objectives and challenges
2. Provide strategic recommendations and solutions tailored to meet the evolving digital needs of clients
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
KPI: Client satisfaction and retention rates

B. Account Management:
1. Develop and execute customized account plans for each client, outlining clear goals, strategies, and action plans
2. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of digital projects and campaigns, meeting client expectations and objectives
3. Ensure timely delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets
KPI: OTET & FTR 97%

C. Project Coordination and Communication:
1. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and addressing inquiries or concerns
2. Ensure transparent and effective communication of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders
KPI: Client feedback on communication and project coordination

D. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
1. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or solutions to existing clients based on their evolving needs and objectives
2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and recommendations to address client requirements
KPI: Revenue generated from upselling and cross-selling activities

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship Digital Marketing Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. B.tech, BBA, bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Certification or training in customer success, account management, or digital marketing is preferred

Software Knowledge:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

2. Slack, Zoom, Google Meeting, Google Drive, Dropbox

Essential Requirements:

1. Proven experience in an account management or customer success role within a digital agency or similar industry

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, web design concepts, and project management methodologies

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

4. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects concurrently

5. He/She will be working in the UK shift.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
