The Customer Success Executive (CSE) will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective. The incumbent will utilize client relationship management skills to maintain and renew existing contracts, as well as to obtain additional revenue within the assigned account workload.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage client portfolios.
2. Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward
3. Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
4. Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
5. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
6. Hold product demonstrations for customers. Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other members of the department.
7. Improve onboarding processes.
8. Evaluate and improve communication infrastructure.
9. Mediate between clients and the organization.
10. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints, and minimize customer churn.
11. Aid in product design and product development.
12. Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
13. Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives
