This is a full-time on-site role for a customer success executive at Planet NEXTgen Technologies. The customer success executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing customer retention, analyzing customer data, providing customer support, and managing customer accounts.

5. Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
7. Knowledge of SQL is a must
8. Excellent presentation skills
9. Ready to travel for project implementation
