About the job

As a 'Customer Success Executive', you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from their Zoho and AWS investments. You will be a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance to help them optimize their use of our solutions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Onboard new clients to Zoho and AWS solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions using Zoho and AWS services.
3. Proactively identify client needs and challenges, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
4. Monitor client health and usage metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
5. Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Sanver.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest Zoho and AWS features and functionalities.

Other requirements

1. Internship or job experience in an inside sales, business development, customer success or account management role.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

4. Data-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

5. Proactive, resourceful, and with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

6. BMS/PGDM/MBA graduate 2023 or 2024 passouts only.

7. Minimum 60% marks all years from 10th till Graduation. No gap year. No AT/KT.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
