About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle B2B customer communication
2. Resolve queries and ensure issue resolution
3. Conduct website user demos
4. Support the sales team with backend tasks
5. Generate leads from existing/new customers
6. Give feedback and manage quality of content creation teams to meet client standards
7. Timely delivery of daily reports
8. Coordinate with the tech team for updates
9. Assist in client invoicing and client-related financial tasks
