Key Responsibilities:

1. Phone and email support: Answer calls, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with issues effectively. Handle customer emails and redirect calls to relevant departments for advanced query resolution.
2. Front-line interaction: Manage front-facing duties that directly impact the customer's perception of our organization, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Entry-level position: This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the field.
4. Promotional communication: Attend to and send promotional emails, keeping customers informed of special offers and updates.
5. Issue resolution: Address customer issues with clear, easy-to-follow solutions, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
6. Order management: Oversee payment processing and delivery of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
7. Complaint handling: Manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
8. Promotional updates: Inform customers about upcoming promotions, deals, and events.
9. Customer rapport: Build and maintain a positive rapport with clients and customers, whether in person or over the phone.
10. Report generation: Create reports based on customer satisfaction metrics and assist the team in developing new skills and strategies.
11. Appointment scheduling: Coordinate and fix appointments based on the availability of customers and clients.
12. Customer experience: Interact with customers to ensure a pleasant and shareable experience, contributing to overall satisfaction.
13. Data reporting: Relay customer service data to senior management, supporting improvements in response guides and in-house processes.
