Customer Support/ Academic Counsellor Fresher Job

Shift- Day shift (9.30 to 6.30)

Work location - Chennai (Nungambakkam)
Salary - 2.5 to 3lpa

Eligibility : Freshers/ Minimum 1 Year of experience in Overseas/Abroad Education Counselling
Excellent communication in English is mandatory

Work form Office

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study abroad options, including course selection, university selection, and application process.
2. Build and maintain relationships with sub-agents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and assist them in making informed decisions about their education plans.
4.Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM software or other designated systems.
