1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the food industry
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
5. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software (MS Office Suite)
6. Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Availability: Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if required
