About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Ensure all interactions are professional, courteous, and helpful.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to products, orders, and services in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our food products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
4. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
5. Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products and services. Communicate customer insights to relevant departments.
6. Accurately update and maintain customer records in the company database.
7. Work closely with other departments such as sales, logistics, and quality Assurance to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Client Relationship Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Negotiation & Problem-solving
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in a related field is a plus

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the food industry

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach

5. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software (MS Office Suite)

6. Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Other requirements:

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team

Availability: Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if required
