Customer Support Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries and providing solutions.
2. Offer advisory sales services, helping clients understand and choose products suited to their needs.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
5. Provide guidance on insurance, mutual funds, and ULIP plans, and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
7. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inquiries.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and effective resolution of client issues.

Shift timings: Rotational shifts (day shift for females until 8 PM, rotational shifts for males). 6 days of working.
