Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound queries (tickets, chats, calls, emails) for pre- and post-booking support.
2. Resolve customer issues with high quality, meeting defined metrics.
3. Build rapport and trust through personalized, engaging communication.
4. Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and proprietary tools.
5. Follow up on pending or escalated issues to ensure resolution.
6. Deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently.
7. Share feedback for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Meet productivity (ticket/chat volume, resolution time) and quality (CSAT, quality scores) goals.
