1. Manage customer retention and multi-tasking to take and follow up on orders from customers via the website, calls, emails, or text messages
2. Anticipate and understand the needs of the customers and act accordingly
3. Use appropriate marketing tools to acquire new customers and increase retention of existing customers
4. Coordinate with the operations team to assist the customer in the best way possible

Some of the steps we undertake include regularly visiting our farmers & farms, conducting random internal checks on our produce, and working to maintain transparency in our entire operations process.
