As a student success associate, you will be the (point-of-contact) POC between the students and the internal team. If you are someone who is an active listener, and can patiently resolve problems as they arise, then this role is for you. You'll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the guide who takes the students through their journey
2. Execute the duties of a POC by talking to the students, helping, supporting, and motivating them
3. Own the whole journey of the participants to ensure high satisfaction levels
4. Ensure complete ownership of all the responsibilities around scheduling and delivery activities, including but not limited to, counselling sessions, essays, any other documentation etc.
5. Engage with a variety of stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals and many internal & external stakeholders
6. Perform consistent and thorough monitoring of participants' performance and engagement using various program trackers to ensure each participant gets personalised experience in terms of support
7. Monitor managing, identifying, and implementing processes to ensure a consistent experience
Requirements:
1. Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling teams in customer service/business development/ sales
3. Knowledge of the overseas education space
4. Creative bent of mind
5. Ability to work well in a team and in a start-up environment
6. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and short TATs (turnaround times)
7. Problem solving - good aptitude and stakeholder management skills
8. Quick learning - the ability to learn business & processes
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills
10. Ability to hold meaningful conversations with senior professionals
