About the job

We're looking for an empathetic and communicative individual to join our customer experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries across multiple channels (calls, chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media)
2. Provide prompt and accurate responses to product-related questions.
3. Track deliveries, and handle return/exchange requests.
4. Maintain customer communication records and follow up when needed
5. Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues
6. Create and maintain a positive customer experience throughout their journey

Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
