As a 'Customer Support Specialist' in the banking sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of banking applications by managing a ticketed query system and maintaining a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the ticketing system, ensuring that all technical queries are logged, tracked, and resolved promptly. Keeping the database of queries and resolutions updated for future reference.
2. Maintaining and updating all technical documents, procedures, and guides to ensure they are current and accessible to the team.
3. Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption to banking operations.
4. Collaborating with both local and international teams to ensure consistent and efficient application support across different regions.
5. Providing training and support to users to help them effectively utilize banking applications and tools.
6. Assisting in the testing of applications to identify potential issues and ensure they meet operational requirements.
7. Handling unexpected tasks and providing backup support to the team as needed.
