We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
2. Issue Resolution: Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when required, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout.
3. Product Knowledge: Handle customer complaints empathetically and efficiently, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. Generate reports on recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce customer complaints.
5. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance customer support skills. Stay updated on industry trends and customer support best practices.
