Key responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:
1. Investigate and resolve user issues related to the FRND platform promptly and efficiently
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and non-technical concerns

Customer Engagement:
1. Interact with users via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to ensure a positive and supportive experience
2. Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement

Documentation:
1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and resolutions
2. Contribute to the development of a knowledge base to assist users in finding solutions independently

Product Knowledge:
1. Stay updated on the features and functionalities of the FRND platform
2. Provide users with guidance on maximizing the benefits of the platform

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Written)

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

1. Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Empathy and patience in dealing with user concerns

5. Familiarity with social media platforms and technology is a plus

6. Proficiency in Hindi and English

7. Willing to work rotational shifts
