Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom.com chat system
2. Process and manage daily customer orders
3. Deliver completed orders to customers

Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in customer support, chat-based support, or order processing is a plus
Basic knowledge of using Intercom.com or similar chat-based customer support tools
Reliable and punctual, able to manage workflow efficiently
Comfortable working in a private home office environment
Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential customer data
