As a customer support executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service by resolving queries, addressing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Address and resolve customer queries professionally via phone and chat.
2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure timely follow-ups.
6. Adhere to company communication guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Job details:

2. Salary: 23,000/month (Chat process), 24,000/month (Voice process)
3. Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, with a 6-day work week and 1 rotational weekly off.
