Key responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in resolving their queries, concerns, and issues promptly and efficiently, both over the phone and via email
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional attitude while delivering accurate and timely information
3. Use MS Office tools effectively to record interactions, update customer details, and generate reports
4. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and provide support in handling customer requests
5. Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and actively contribute to their implementation
6. Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide valuable information and recommendations to customers
7. Demonstrate effective communication skills to address and resolve customer escalations, while maintaining a high level of empathy and understanding
