1. Connect with the customers through call/email/social platforms to provide online concierge service - a one-stop solution for our travelers
2. Handle all customer queries and complaints raised on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, GMB, and Twitter and understand the customer grievances and provide appropriate resolution
3. Solve/Answer prospect and customer issues, complaints, questions/queries in close coordination with the other departments
4. Take a customer-focused approach to handling complaints and escalations
5. Work on following up on all the assigned cases
6. Provide resolution within the framed timelines
7. Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures
Qualifications:
1. 0 - 6 Months of work experience; hospitality, travel and tourism graduates preferred.
2. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize resolutions
4. Ability to commute/relocate: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
