Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and patience
2. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
3. Process Adherence: Follow established processes, guidelines, and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
4. Assist users in troubleshooting issues, setting up accounts, and understanding app features.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
