2. Collaborate across teams to address both technical and non-technical concerns effectively

Customer Engagement:
1. Engage with users through email, chat, and phone to ensure a positive and supportive experience
2. Proactively gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement

Documentation:
1. Maintain detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions
2. Contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base to empower users with self-service solutions

Product Knowledge:
1. Keep up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of the FRND platform
2. Offer guidance to users on how to optimize their experience and leverage platform benefits effectively
